This event signifies SINU's dedication to fostering a caring environment for students, addressing their diverse needs, including health and well-being, academic support, and community engagement.
The department plays a vital role in supporting students' academic success and overall well-being. The launch event, featuring engaging sports activities from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, marks the official beginning of an exciting and significant partnership between SINU and SINIS. This collaboration aims to enhance the student experience and promote a healthy lifestyle.
During the event, Mr. Samson Bisafo, Manager of Commercial Investment and Business Services, emphasized the importance of this initiative, stating, "Today's launch is more than just the start of a project; it's a commitment. We are committed to ensuring that our campus is not only a place of learning but also a community where students feel supported, connected, and empowered. At the heart of these activities is our belief that student welfare extends beyond the classroom, encompassing the holistic development of students in their physical, mental, emotional, and social aspects."
Mr. Bisafo pointed out that the collaboration with SINIS reflects a shared vision to create thriving opportunities for students through sports, health initiatives, social events, and support services. He reiterated that SINU and SINIS are jointly committed to building a vibrant campus life that promotes inclusivity, encourages participation, and creates a welcoming and inclusive community.
To encourage student participation, Mr. Bisafo urged students to take full advantage of the available programs and activities, emphasizing that involvement in clubs, health programs, and social interactions would not only enrich their time at SINU but also contribute to their personal and professional development beyond university life. Mr. Bisafo expressed gratitude to SINIS for their collaboration in strengthening campus life and welfare services, highlighting that collective efforts can bring meaningful and lasting change, and officially announced the launch of the 2025 SINU Campus Life and Welfare Activities.
In attendance at the launch of the "2025 SINU Campus Life and Welfare Activities" were Christian Nieng, Executive Director of the National Hosting Authority (NHA), Atueta Balekana, SINIS Sports Education Manager, as well as SINU students, faculty, staff, and SINIS representatives.
