According to an inquest, a man died in Thailand after losing control of his motorcycle and hitting a curb. The man, identified as Corey Bibby, 28, originally from Barry, tragically passed away on January 4, 2025.

02-05, 2025The inquest, held at Pontypridd Coroner's Court, heard that Mr. Bibby was riding in Phuket when the accident occurred, and he died at the scene. His death was reported to the British Embassy in Thailand, and his body was subsequently repatriated.
While no post-mortem examination was conducted in Thailand, initial reports indicate that Mr. Bibby died from a skull fracture caused by a road traffic accident. The inquest into his death has been adjourned to a date yet to be determined.
