None of this would have been possible without the dedication and hard work of so many talented people who have poured their hearts and souls into building something truly exceptional.
I have always believed that finding the right talent and providing them with opportunities to thrive is key to any organization's success. At Bayut, we have always focused on creating the best property search experience in the UAE and have never let anything distract us from this mission.
Over the years, we have solidified our position as a market leader by launching innovative products such as Dubai Transactions, TruEstimate™, and TruBroker™. Even at the height of the pandemic, we made a significant decision to merge with dubizzle, creating a market-leading homegrown unicorn. As part of the Dubizzle Group, we have continued to grow stronger.

TruEstimateTM is a great example, it is our DLD-accredited instant property valuation solution. It provides insights into property performance, enabling sellers, buyers and brokers to have realistic expectations based on actual transaction data. The UAE's real estate market has experienced incredible growth over the years. This year alone, Dubai's transaction value has exceeded AED 500 billion, and I believe this momentum will continue into 2025 and beyond.
Several key factors are driving this trajectory, including population expansion, forward-thinking government initiatives, and a balanced demand for luxury and affordable housing. The UAE has also demonstrated its resilience as a market, emerging as a strong economy at a time when mature markets in the East and West are struggling to regain momentum from the pandemic-induced downturn. This is a testament to what good governance, effective problem-solving, and an openness to innovation can achieve.
Looking ahead, I see the industry becoming increasingly data-driven, with technology playing a transformative role in streamlining transactions and supporting informed decision-making.
