According to reports, an alleged brawl occurred in Sydney's western suburbs, and two adult men and two teenagers are expected to face court. Police received a report of a brawl on Rosina Street in Fairfield at approximately 5:15 p.m. yesterday and responded to the scene immediately.
Upon arrival, police learned that a group of men and women were involved in the melee. It is alleged that items such as bricks and wooden sticks were used during the chaos. Paramedics also arrived at the scene and treated two injured men, aged 21 and 40 respectively, before transporting them to Liverpool Hospital in stable condition.
The 21-year-old man was subsequently arrested and taken to Fairfield Police Station. In addition, a 38-year-old man and a 53-year-old man, as well as two juveniles, were also arrested. The two adult men were charged with affray, and the older man was also charged with one count of possessing a weapon with intent to commit an offense. They were refused bail and are expected to appear in Fairfield Local Court today.
