British rapper Yung Filly is facing new allegations, accused of dangerous driving while on bail for rape charges. The social media star was allegedly clocked driving at 158 km/h on Roe Highway near High Wycombe three and a half weeks ago, exceeding the speed limit by more than 50 km/h.
His vehicle has been impounded, and the 29-year-old rapper is charged with one count of reckless driving. Yung Filly, whose real name is Andres Barrientos, is currently on bail and prohibited from leaving the state. He previously faced eight charges for allegedly raping and choking a woman after a performance at Bar1 in Hillarys in September, to which he has not yet entered a plea.
This is not the first time he has been penalized for his driving behavior, having previously lost his driver's license in the UK, and he only passed his driving test at the end of 2021. Yung Filly is scheduled to appear in court again next week for the rape charges, at which time he will also face the reckless driving charge for the first time.
