Last night, a traffic accident occurred in southwestern Sydney, resulting in the tragic death of a man after being struck by a car. The accident took place on Boronia Road in Greenacre.

02-07, 2025Emergency services responded swiftly to the scene after receiving reports. It is reported that at approximately 6:30 PM yesterday, a man was hit by a van while crossing the road.
The man, in his 70s, was treated by paramedics at the scene but unfortunately died at the scene. The 19-year-old male driver of the van has been taken to Bankstown Hospital for mandatory testing.
Currently, police have launched an investigation into the traffic accident to determine the cause and contributing factors.
