Abstract: Israeli forces killed 2 Palestinians in Jenin, West Bank, claiming they were PIJ members. A house was bulldozed. 12 Palestinians have died in the 3-day assault. Residents were evacuated.

Israeli forces have killed two more Palestinians in the occupied West Bank, following their continued military assault on the city of Jenin and its refugee camp. The Israeli military confirmed the incident on Thursday, claiming the deceased were affiliated with the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) and were wanted for allegedly carrying out an attack earlier this month in the village of Fanduk, Qalqilya province, which resulted in the deaths of three Israelis and injuries to six others.

The Palestinian news agency WAFA reported that the Israeli forces involved in the killings surrounded a house in Burqin and opened fire on it, subsequently bulldozing it to the ground. Israel’s deadly operations in Jenin entered their third day on Thursday, with its forces issuing mandatory evacuation orders to residents of the city’s refugee camp.

Hundreds of Palestinians in the Jenin refugee camp fled their homes on Thursday. Jenin Governor Kamal Abu al-Roub told AFP, "The Israeli army used drones and loudspeakers on military vehicles to order them to evacuate the camp." Since the start of the assault on Tuesday, at least 12 Palestinians have been killed and more than 40 others injured, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.

These attacks are part of Israel's "Iron Wall" operation in the occupied Palestinian territories, which was launched just days after a ceasefire agreement in Gaza. The Palestinian news network Al-Quds Al-Youm reported that Mohammed Abu Asad and Qutaiba Shalabi were "killed in an armed clash with the occupation forces that lasted for hours."
