Abstract: An UberEats driver was fired after allegedly urinating in an Artarmon apartment building elevator while delivering food. Police are investigating the incident.

An UberEats delivery driver has been fired for allegedly urinating in the elevator of an apartment building in Artarmon, Sydney, while on a delivery. The incident has drawn public attention, prompting swift action from UberEats.

Reportedly, CCTV footage shows the man entering the elevator on March 10th. Inside the elevator, he allegedly unzipped his pants and urinated in the corner, while still holding a bag of food. A wet patch was allegedly visible on the carpet when he exited the elevator.

2GB host Ben Fordham stated that the delivery driver's account has been deactivated by UberEats, meaning he can no longer work for the company. UberEats has stated that they "strongly condemn this behavior."

New South Wales Police have informed Fordham that they are investigating the matter and are appealing for information from anyone with knowledge of the incident. Police will further investigate the matter to determine if the delivery driver's actions constitute a crime.
