Kishore Kumar, the suspended teacher accused of claiming to possess compromising content involving Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs Lenora Qereqeretabua, has been confirmed to have legal representation provided by the Legal Aid Commission.
Mr. Kumar appeared in court in Suva this morning, facing Magistrate Jeremiah Savou for his hearing.
He faces charges including causing harm by posting electronic communication and amended charges of unauthorized access to a computer system. Legal Aid Commission lawyer, Francine Chan, is serving as his defense counsel.
Currently, Mr. Kumar remains in custody.
