Fiji's National Security Strategy is about to be released, aiming to build a safer and stronger security system for Fiji. The strategy has been approved by the Cabinet and is expected to bring significant benefits to Fiji.

Minister for Defence Pio Tikoduadua stated, "The National Security Strategy is not just a plan, but a commitment to building a safer, stronger, and more just Fiji." This demonstrates the government's dedication to enhancing the overall well-being of its citizens.

He further explained, "This strategy puts into practice the key priorities outlined in the National Security and Development Resilience Strategy (NSDR), ensuring that our security efforts are forward-looking, coordinated, and future-oriented." This proactive approach will help Fiji address emerging security challenges effectively.
